There are always many exciting events happening at Page Middle School on any given day. Students have opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities and sports to become more interwoven into the Page Panther community.

Middle school basketball athletes competed in the annual Williamson Middle Athletic Association (WMAA) basketball tournament January 27-30.
WCS middle school students put their talents on display at the annual Junior Theater Festival (JTF) in January.
Middle school wrestlers from Fairview and Spring Station are making history as the first Tennessee Middle School Athletic Association (TMSAA) Wrestling State champions.
Two WCS elementary schools and four middle schools are within the Top 10 highest-ranked schools in Tennessee according to US News and World Report's 2025 Best Elementary Schools and Best Middle Schools lists.
